A certificate is issued on successful completion at the end-of-course assessment and the qualification is valid for two years. All participants will be notified of course dates available for recertification to keep your qualification current. Your certification will be valid for 2 years.

If you Classify dangerous goods, Pack dangerous goods, Mark, label and placard, Load/unload Cargo Transport Units, Prepare transport documents, Offer dangerous goods for transport, Accept dangerous goods for transport, Handle dangerous goods for transport, Prepare dangerous goods loading/stowage plans, Load/unload dangerous goods into/from ships, Enforce or survey or inspect for compliance with applicable rules and regulations or Are otherwise involved in the transport of dangerous goods as determined by the competent authority

This course gives students the knowledge and to recertify their qualification, interpret and apply the International Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) to shipments of dangerous goods and hazardous materials being sent by air.
